The Doss Volunteer Fire
Department (DVFD) is accepting written sealed bids for the purchase and removal
of inventory and shelving currently located in a specified and marked section
of the Doss Feed Store, 14394 North Ranch Road 783, Doss, Gillespie County,
Texas.
Bid is to include ALL
items in marked section (inside the twine) of the Doss Feed Store. Sealed bids must be submitted either in-person
or mailed to DVFD at PO Box 31, Doss, Texas 78618. The deadline for DVFD to
receive bids is April 26 , 2022 at 18:00 CDT.
The inventory and shelving may be viewed by contacting Steve Wadsworth
by telephone at 830.456.7135, or by viewing pictures and video of the inventory
and equipment on the DVFD website at (https://dossvfd.org)
and Facebook site.
DVFD will determine the
winning bid no later than April 29, 2022.
DVFD reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The person or entity awarded the bid will
have until May 13, 2022 to remove ALL specified items. All bids require the immediate ability to pay
the bid in full within 72 hours of being awarded the bid in either cash, wire
transfer or certified cashier’s check, and to remove the items from the Doss Feed
Store. All items purchased are in their
current conditions AS IS without any representations, guarantees, and/or
warranties of any type or kind.
